Co-Creation Workshop at Gorenje, Velenje

As part of Work Package 1, the DiCiM partners conducted a co-creation workshop with relevant stakeholders for Gorenje's White Goods demonstrator in Velenje, Slovenia on May 10-12.

The objective of the workshop was to understand different requirements for integrated digital solutions, in order to enable condition monitoring and servicing during the use phase of washing machines. It also considered reverse logistics optimisation, as well as achieving efficiency and responsiveness in the value recovery activities.

The team also visited the Durability Testing Lab at Gorenje's facilities, which will play a central role in testing the solutions developed by the DiCiM Project.
