IFKAD 2023, Matera, Italy

On June 8th, Michal Krčál presented a paper co-authored by Mikhail Monashev and Ahad Zareravasan (all three being members of Masaryk University) which involved their work on the DiCiM Project at the 18th International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics (IFKAD) conference in Matera, Italy.

IFKAD is a global conference that attracts over 150 researchers from around the world and is focused on sustainability and circularity. This year's conference was held from June 7th to 9th and was centred around the topic of managing knowledge for sustainability.

The paper presented by Michal Krčál, titled "Using Workshop-Based Elicitation of Business Requirements for Co-Creation: An Integrative Approach for Capturing Tacit Knowledge," discussed the experience of workshop facilitation during tasks in Work Package 1.

A quote from our DiCiM representative Michal Krčál: about his time at the event

“We received valuable feedback regarding the methods, tools, and experience of the presentation. Additionally, discussions about the DiCiM Project with other researchers at the conference revealed potential overlaps in circular economics interests that could lead to and fuel future cooperation”.

Overall, attending the IFKAD conference was a beneficial opportunity for the DiCiM Project to showcase its objectives and receive feedback.
