DiCiM at the WORLD REMANUFACTURING SUMMIT 2024

DiCiM project partners Maxime Furkel, Head of Government Affairs at Lexmark, Professor Michal Krcal of Masaryk University and Markus Wagner, Research and Development Project Manager at Circular Economy Solutions GmbH represented the DiCiM Project at the World Remanufacturing Summit in Milano, Italy.

The 2024 edition of the World Remanufacturing Summit featured discussions on key topics like implications of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) for Remanufacturing,  Zero Defect Remanufacturing, Emerging Remanufacturing Technologies, Artificial Intelligence in remanufacturing and many others, across multiple industrial sectors.

DiCiM representatives presented how DiCiM digital solutions will boost new circular economy business models based on value recovery activities to sustain and encourage remanufacturing throughout Europe.


The goal of the summit is to foster new circular business models by bridging the gap between the scientific and industrial communities, also involving public institutions and clusters in the discussion, thus promoting an open and inclusive dialogue.
